DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN VENICE
Upon arrival at Venice airport, meet your private driver for transfer to your hotel accommodation. After check in, afternoon on your own to discover the secret corners and the colorful charming calle (streets) of Venice. Tonight enjoy a romantic sunset gondola ride with Prosecco wine. Optional evening opera or concert. Overnight.
DAY 2: MARVELS OF ST MARKS AND DOGE’S PALACE
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning join the Classic Venice tour and be ready to be amazed by the treasures of this romantic city. Explore St. Mark’s Square and St. Mark's basilica, built over several centuries and resulting in a blend of Byzantine, Roman and Venetian architecture. Admire the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, the Bridge of Sights and the Doge's Palace. Lunch on your own. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 3: LAGOON ISLANDS DISCOVERY
Breakfast at the hotel. Today enjoy a full excursion of the lagoon islands: Murano, world-renowned for its glassware and factories, the Island of Burano, famous for its lace making and the brightly-coloured fisherman's cottages, Torcello, the first settlement in the lagoon. Folowing the tour return to Venice. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 4: FLORENCE - THE CRADLE OF RENAISSANCE
Breakfast at your hotel. Departure transfer to Florence and check in at hotel. Join your guide on a tour to the Accademia museum, which hosts the impressive sculpture of the "David" by Michelangelo. You will also be able to admire The Prisoners and St Matthew, other impressive Michelangelo’s work of arts. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 5: UFFIZI GALLERY TREASURES
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning tour to the Uffizi museums, where you can admire the masterpieces of Florence finest Renaissance artists such as Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue, Masaccio. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 6: FLORENCE AS YOU WISH

DAY 7: TUSCAN ESCAPADE: SAN GIMIGNANO & VOLTERRA
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Antico Borgo Tignano, your accommodation for the next two nights. Along the way stop and visit of San Gimignano and Volterra. The Unesco World Heritage site of San Gimignano is also known as the “Manhattan of Tuscany. The town features 15 of the original 72 towers that once were the symbols of the power and wealth of its noble inhabitants. After the visit, continue to Volterra, a charming town of Etruscan origins. Well visible are the majestic protective walls built during the 5th to 4th centuries BC - including the well-preserved Porta dell'Arco and Porta Diana, two gates for entering the city - as well as the Acropolis. Check in and dinner at the Borgo. Overnight.
DAY 8: COOKING THE TUSCAN WAY
Breakfast at the borgo. Morning cooking class followed by lunch. Learn to cook a classic Tuscan meal with your host, Gabriella, then enjoy the dishes you have prepared, paired with a good Tuscan wine in a fun and friendly atmosphere. In the afternoon, guided tour of Siena, famous for its Palio that takes place every year on Piazza del Campo. Stroll around the historical center and admire the Town hall and the Romanesque/Gothic Cathedral. Evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 9: UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN: CORTONA
Breakfast at the borgo. Departure transfer to Cortona, a small charming town in the province of Arezzo, featured in the movie “Under the Tuscan sun”. Upon arrival at the organic farmhouse Parco Fiorito enjoy a real Tuscan experience with home made wine, olive oil and great slow food. In the afternoon join a cooking class with Roberto Russo, owner and chef, and experience and enjoy the philosophy of slow food. Overnight at the farm.
DAY 10: EVO AND WINE WORKSHOP
Breakfast at the farm. Morning tour of Cortona, the pearl of Val di Chiana. Thanks to its 500 mt above sea level position, the town offers a spectacular view over the valley, one of the most spectacular in all Italy, stretching out to Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano and beyond. Return to Parco Fiorito farm, where Roberto Russo, will show you how to prepare truly organic olive oil and wine. The Russo family’s organic produce is certified by AIAB (Italian Organic Agricultural Association). Overnight at the farm.
DAY 11: ESSENCE OF ROME
Breakfast at the farm. Transfer to Rome and check in at your hotel in the city center. Afternoon tour of central Rome, including Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, the famous Trevi Fountain and the Piazza Colonna. Next stop at the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, then on to Campo de’ Fiori, one of the famous traditional Roman piazzas. Evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 12: ROME OF THE EMPERORS
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning tour of Ancient Rome to discover the Eternal city in all of its glory. First tour of the Colosseum that begins atop the "Opium Hill", continue with the visit of the Arena, the Undergrounds and Third Rier and learn about the bloody past of the amphitheater. Afterward, Roman Forum, the heart of ancient Rome, the magnificent Arch of Constantine, then Palatine Hill. Walk the “Via Sacra” or “Sacred Way” which is the main path through the Roman Forum. DAY 13: MICHELANGELO’S MASTERPIECE & HOLY SEE
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will visit one of the top rated museum in Rome: The Vatican museum and visiting the world’s greatest art collections. You’ll experience Michelangelo’s famous Creation of Adam in the Sistine Chapel, Raphael’s Rooms, Saint Peter’s Basilica, and Saint Peter’s Square, as your guide points out Bernini’s ingenious use of optical illusion. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 14: ENCHANTING AMALFI COASTBreakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Positano or Sorrento. Enjoy the spectacular panorama that will present to you. Amalfi Coast is a UNESCO World Heritage site that is renowned for its natural beauty as well as its characteristic towns. The crystal clear ocean waters and breathtaking landscapes are offset by the famous towns of Sorrento, Praiano, Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi, whose charming architecture elegantly blends into the mountainous landscape. DAY 15: CAPRI THE PEARL OF AMALFI COAST
Breakfast at the hotel. Today enjoy a full day excursion to the jewel of the Amalfi coast: the island of Capri. Stop first at the famous Villa St Michele, built by Axel Munthe followed by the visit of the Church of San Michele. Continue to the center of Capri, discover the famous Piazzetta and explore the narrow streets and its glamorous boutiques. Lunch on your own and free time for individual discovery.
Visit the main square (Piazzetta), do some Capri shopping, and/or rent a vespa for a panoramic tour.
Return transfer by hydrofoil to Amalfi. Evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 16: POMPEII EXCAVATIONS AND SPECTACULAR AMALFI DRIVE
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning private tour to the world famous Pompeii Excavations, ancient Roman town buried under 65 ft of volcanic ashes during the cataclysmic volcanic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. After lunch (on your own) continue your private tour with along the spectacular Amalfi drive, a 30 miles of narrow S-curved roadway strung halfway up a cliff. Stops in Sorrento, Praiano, Ravello, and Amalfi. Evening at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 17: AMALFI COAST AT EASE
Breakfast at your hotel. Day on your own to relax and enjoy La Dolce Vita.
DAY 18: DEPART ITALY
Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to Naples airport. Good-bye!
