DAY 1: ARRIVE IN ROME
Upon arrival at Rome airport, meet your private driver for transfer to your hotel accommodation. Following check in. In the evening experience Rome and some of its famous highlights like the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona, and learn the stories behind the palaces, fountains and piazzas you pass, as you dive into the historic heart of the city beautifully illumined for the occasion.

The grand finale unfolds just steps away from the Pantheon at one of Rome’s most famous bar where you will enjoy the tradition of the Italian aperitivo with appetizers. Overnight stay.

DAY 2: ART AND PASTA IN ROME
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your private guide and visit one of the top-rated museums in Rome: The Vatican museum and visiting the world’s greatest art collections. Your guide will also lead you inside the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica, where you will admire Michelangelo’s Pietà. In the afternoon an authentic culinary experience, to learn some tricks to make Italian dishes. After having enjoyed a typical Italian aperitif on the terrace, you will start your class by learning to make pasta from scratch. Your chef will guide you through the process, fun for both children and adults.

You will also learn to prepare two different types of pasta with matching typical sauces. At the end, you will enjoy the food you’ve learnt to cook, with a dessert and wine. Overnight stay.

DAY 3: COOKING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will enjoy a cooking class in the Roman countryside. Under the guidance of your fun and friendly Italian Chef you will discover the gastronomic delights of Rome. The aim of the class is to give you the techniques needed to cook delicious Italian dishes to impress your friends back home. The Chef will take you on a walking tour of Mazzano, a medieval town located a short distance from Rome, and to the food market before heading to his cooking school.

At the end you will eat the delicious meal you’ve learned to cook, accompanied by local wines from the region. After you’ve eaten, you will be driven back to the center of Rome. Overnight stay

DAY 4: THE CRADLE OF RENAISSANCE
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure by high-speed train to Florence. Check in at your hotel. In the afternoon, private walking tour of Florence with including a visit of the Accademia Museum, that hosts Michelangelo’s masterpiece, the David. You will also be able to admire The Prisoners and St Matthew, other impressive Michelangelo’s work of arts. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

DAY 5: COOKING CLASS IN FLORENCE
Breakfast at the hotel. Today learn to cook a nice Tuscan meal in the heart of Florence. You will first walk to the Central Market, where you will learn to distinguish the highest quality ingredients and taste local foods & wines. Then you will reach the home-like kitchen and start working on the ingredients to create your own meal. At the end you will eat the meal you prepared yourself, accompanied with two glasses of a selection of Chianti wine. Return to your hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay

DAY 6: ON YOUR WAY TO CORTONA
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your private driver and reach Cortona a small charming town, surrounded by Etruscan walls, 3000 years old. On your way to your next destination you will visit some of the Val d’Elsa villages, famous around the world for the breathtaking landscapes and amazing wines, and stop to Siena for lunch. After, reach your destination and check in. Overnight stay.

DAY 7: REJUVENATE IN THE TUSCAN HILLS
Breakfast at the hotel. Today experience your cooking lesson followed by lunch. In the afternoon have some quiet time by the Jacuzzi. Spa treatments are also available. Enjoy a massage out in the open, overlooking the beautiful scenery; there are many treatments to choose from. Dinner on your own. Overnight stay.

DAY 8: VINO NOBILE WINE TASTING AND MONTEPULCIANO DISCOVERY
Breakfast at the hotel. Before reach your next destination enjoy a full day excursion to discover the beauty of the surrounding area. Meet you driver head to Montepulciano, the medieval hilltop village full of elegant Renaissance palaces, ancient churches, charming squares and hidden corners, that offers vast panoramas over the wonderful Val d’Orcia and Val di Chiana. Continue to Orvieto and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 9: ORVIETO THE STRIKING HILLTOWN
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning join a walking tour and discover Orvieto, the spectacular Cathedral with the most beautiful Gothic facade, the underground city, the Etruscan ruins, and much more. After a 3-course lunch in a local restaurant, transfer to your hotel in Fiumicino. Check in. Overnight stay.

DAY 10: DEPARTURE
Breakfast at the hotel. Reach the airport by your own and departure. Arrivederci!
