Our trip to Italy was amazing! Marcella was responsive and attentive to all of our questions and needs throughout the planning process. She was able to create an itinerary for us that checked off all of our boxes! I had no doubt that she had our best interest at heart when planning our trip and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. When we arrived in Italy, we encountered some setbacks, as our airline had to cancel and change our connecting flight, leading to our luggage being lost. We contacted Marcella immediately and she was able to help us coordinate a new pick-up time and location with our private transfer. She also provided us with multiple other agents, who were in Italy at the time, for us to go to for assistance in case there was any lag in communication with her due to the time differences. She also took the time to message me during our trip to make sure everything was okay which was most appreciated. All the hotels she chose for us were beautiful and in perfect location. We could not have asked for a more reliable and dependable agent to help us through this journey, which meant so much to us as we were going there to celebrate such a special occasion and wanted to be sure it was the most memorable trip yet – and it was, thanks to Marcella!
