It was easy communicating to Alessia all the things that were important to us for our 5th trip to Italy, but the main one: I did not want to think about anything on this tour other than what I want to eat off the menu. I did not even want to think about what restaurant to go to.
The trip was absolutely amazing! We really had a wonderful time! All of the tour guides were knowledgeable and professional, the directions and the itinerary were perfect! The only issue we had was the day we were picked up from Camera Con Vista, our driver was in a mini bus and couldn't get to the lobby of the apartment. We didn't have a phone and Susana was not answering and he was unable to get in touch with us.
Hi Antoinette, It was a fantastic trip! We really enjoyed it all. The transfers to and from the airports and the train trips were smooth sailing. The hotels were pretty good also. We really liked Hotel Arizona in Florence, but weren't as fond of Hotel San Gallo in Venice, though we do understand that the rooms are pretty small in Venice because of the small land area. All of the tours you booked for us were good. Ultimately, we were happy with the trip and appreciate your work on it.
We had a wonderful time! Everything went so smoothly, and it was exactly what I had envisioned. It's hard to select highlights because I enjoyed all of it. I loved the hotels, and each city that we visited was unique. Thank you so much for planning this memorable trip. Antoinette, you did a great job!

Hello Alessia, Two weeks since we returned from our Italian adventure. I just want to say THANK YOU for your planning this trip for us. It was PERFECT!! You did an excellent job and I will call on you again if we are fortunate enough to return. Next time I think we would like to spend time in southern Italy and perhaps Sicily. This is a couple of years away since we have a few other countries on our list to visit. Everything on our itinerary went according to plan.
